For you, or a loved one in Crosshouse
HBSA welcomes all requests from patients at Crosshouse Hospital or from friends or family.
We currently take requests, dedications and messages via our 24 hour phoneline or text-number – if someone can’t take your call, you can leave a message which we will deal with as soon as possible.
To leave a request, give us a call on 01294 323200, or text us on 077 567 55 252 (it’s an o2 mobile, so you can work out the cost). If you are in either of the hospitals, you can pick up an internal phone and dial us free on 3200 and you’ll get straight through to our studio!
When you leave your request, please provide us with some information such as who the request is for, which ward they are in, who it’s from and if you want a particular song played. We are happy for you to leave a time that you would like your request aired, and we will try to accommodate you. Unlike other stations, HBSA use requests through-out the day whenever a presenter is live.
Patients can also make requests from inside the hospitals by speaking to our request collectors who visit the wards regularly.
